Besides working for Dallas, Garland, and Northeastern, both were remanufactured from Railpower kits at Juniata using the frames of GP40s delivered to Baltimore and Ohio. DGNO 146 was delivered as B&O 3722 GP40 in March 1969 and DGNO 145 was delivered as B&O 3714 GP40 in February 1969. |
