Delivered to Santa Fe as ATSF 1205 GP30 in April 1962, renumbered ATSF 3205 April 1970, then rebuilt as ATSF 2705 GP30u in August 1982. It would receive SPSF paint in September 1985 but returned to standard Santa Fe dress in January 1991. On March 7, 2000, it was patched BNSF 2405 then retired and parked in 2011. On April 14, 2016, this engine rolled out of the Relco shop in Albia, IA, as BNSF 2550 GP30-3. During rebuilding this Geep lost the distinctive GP30 cab but kept the car body. Note the oversized antenna plane mounted over the air conditioner units. |

| Description: |
Standing at the Kiamichi Railroad Ashdown depot is KRR 4080 SD40-2 still wearing faded RailAmerica red and gray. Delivered to Soo Line as SOO 787 SD40-2 in October 1975, then to Canadian Pacific as CP 787 in July 1990, finally retired and sold to Uni-Capital in 1999. On January 5, 2000, RailAmerica purchased this diesel and assigned it to Missouri and Northern Arkansas as MNA 4080 and later transferred to Kiamichi as KRR 4080. Note this diesel still wears Canadian Pacific red with RailAmerica gray applied after purchase in addition to the Soo Line ordered winterization hatch which doesn't see much use on Kiamichi. |

A pretty clean UP 1458 GP40-2 poses for a photo between switch moves in South Dallas. Delivered to St. Louis Southwestern, better known as Cotton Belt, as SSW 7602 GP40 in February 1966, Southern Pacific rebuilt this unit as SSW 7961 GP40R in 1981 and equipped it to work with SP road slugs. On July 20, 2001, it was patched as UP 1458 working in gray and red paint until September 15, 2005, when it was involved in a collision at Shepard, TX. It was reported scrapped on site but it appears to have been repaired, repainted, and returned to service wearing the same number. |

On July 20, 2001, it was patched as UP 1458 and reclassified a GP40-2 by Union Pacific.
